Choose the garments
Create a list with a product column, fit option, size and quantity. Use product names consistently instead of informal names such as the green shirt. Ask for the supplier’s current chart and confirm how measurements should be taken. Let each person check the relevant chart before the list is finalised, especially when mixing adult and children’s garments.
Bring the order together
Total the quantities by garment before requesting pricing. Keep personal names off the quotation unless they are needed for agreed individual personalisation. Confirm which branding and packaging are required, then review the final quote against the schedule. Any changes after approval should be confirmed with the team handling the order before production or dispatch proceeds.
Compare supporter shirts, golf shirts and supporter jerseys.
