Choose the garments
Start by confirming how many people want a garment, then separate jerseys, crew-neck shirts and golf shirts. A single product reference and a size-by-size list make the quotation easier to check. Ask for the current size chart before collecting everyone’s choice. Keep any company artwork separate from the size list so the branding requirement can be assessed for the selected garment.
Bring the order together
Choose the delivery destination and receiving contact early. If the clothing is for a particular Friday or match, state that date as a requirement rather than assuming a lead time. Review availability, branding, VAT and delivery in the quotation. Allow time for distributing the garments and resolving size questions before the event.
